Warehouse Operations Manager
Overview
Nine Twenty are delighted to be working with our Muirhall based client in their need for a Warehouse Operations Manager to join their team on a full time and permanent basis Whats in it for you?: Excellent Package Opportunity to work with a Prestigious Drinks Client Opportunity to work on continuous Improvement Projects and Drive Change with the Business Purpose of the role: Assist the company in planning, management and efficiency of the Warehouse and staff ensuring adherance to compliance including HMRC , COMAH , HSE ISO9001 . Continuously maintain operational excellence. Lead the operational Warehouse Team to work together safely and effiiciently and successfully deliver performance budgets. Responsibilities: Ensure Warehouse Operations meet HS Requirements Safe Working standards Effective Line Management Work closely with customer service planning Communicate and develop warehouse operational objectives Support system improvements and workflows Prepare and implement production and quality plans Assist in development of culture Build close working relationships with the Senior Leadership team Development of customer relationships Knowledge Experience: IOSH Managing Safely 5 Years experience Min of Warehouse Management 5 years Min Continuous Improvement experience Management qualification Working knowledge of Employment Law Experience in the leading developing a team Competent in permit to work systems, risk assesments and method statements Preferable experience in FMCG /Warehousing/Manufacturing Preferable experience working on a top tier COMAH site.
