Branch Manager - Sales & Lettings

A good quality independent firm in Cardiff are looking for a Branch Manager covering both Sales and Lettings. Looking for a high calibre individual to help in the continuing growth of the business, the ideal candidate will be ARLA and Rentsmart Wales approved. Duties of the role: - Carry out valuations for lettings and sales - Complete kpi statistics - Identify growth areas and develop new business - Manage team and coach and motivate to achieve performance targets - Carry out 1:1 with staff members - Attend managers meeting monthly - Accountable for branch performance and recruitment/development of staff The ideal candidate: - A customer service focused individual, used to achieving/exceeding performance targets - Experience in people management and getting the best out of different personality types in the role - Career focused individual who wants to build the business and be rewarded and to enable company growth over next 5 years which will lead to further progression This is a great opportunity for a driven and motivated Branch Manager with 3 yeas experience working in sales and lettings.
