180/Delivery Consultant - Recruitment We are currently looking to recruit Delivery Consultant to join our growing Engineering and IT divisions, the fastest growing divisions within the business. We are coming off the back of an exceptional year here at SF Recruitment with both teams exceeding all expectations; therefore we are looking to find a passionate, driven and hardworking person to support the teams by sourcing high quality process and managing the delivery process. You will work along side specialist 360 Consultants operating in the placement of Permanent, Contract and Fixed Term Professionals across the West Midlands. Responsibilities Source candidates for vacancies from online job boards and relevant social media platforms Be able to identify skills and attributes to match appropriately with current and future vacancies Advertising live vacancies Regular database cleansing Discuss in detail, when appropriate, a candidates suitability for a role with our consultants Key Attributes Excellent communication and organisational skills Energy, tenacity and passion Keen eye for detail Willingness to learn Ability to listen and learn Be able to take on board feedback and adapt What can we offer you?
