Overview
1. To provide a sensitive, customer orientated Passenger Transport Service during the transportation of Special Educational Needs (SEN) pupil’s and vulnerable adults, ensuring their safety and wellbeing whilst being transported both to and from school. 2. To undertake duties as allocated to work both in and out of borough as required, within either a group of pupils or in a “one to one” situation. 3.To advise the Passenger Service management on availability SEN pupil’s, vulnerable adults and compliance of council’s vehicles and your edibility to drive in the delivery of the service. 4.o support the Passenger Transport Service management to manage the Passenger Transport Fleet 5.To support the day to day delivery of an effective and efficient Passenger Service in accordance with management and service provider instructions, procedures and policies. In accordance with the needs and targets of the Transport Service and the particular needs of the passengers transported.
