Shift Maintenance Leader (Mechanical) - M&E Maintenance - London Bridge - 4 on 4 off - Days & Nights My client is a market leading building maintenance service provider with a significantly expanding portfolio across the UK. They are actively seeking a Shift Maintenance Leader to conduct daily PPM & reactive duties across one of their prestigious contracts in London Bridge. The successful candidate will look after the day to day engineering operation, whilst working alongside the shift engineer. They will also be supported by an onsite technical supervisor and technical contract manager. Job Specification: Responding to any reactive and the planned maintenance to plant throughout the buildings such as: Pumps, Motors, Valves, Pressure Systems, AHU's, FCUs, Generators, HVAC system, pipework and water treatment to name a few. Ensure strong communication clients Manage workload accordingly Organise sub contract labour. Carry out works in accordance to health and safety procedures Salary & Package £44,000.00 Per Annum 4 On 4 Off - Days & Nights - 07:00 - 19:00 / 19:00 - 07:00 20 Days Annual Leave Overtime Rates: x1.5 & x2.0 Mobile Phone, Training and Career Progression into Senior Roles.
