Mobile Fabric Maintenance Technician Covering Central London and surrounding areas Permanent £27,000 basic Vehicle and Fuel Card A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a facilities services’ provider who are always keen to develop and push their engineers by providing them with maximum amounts of training creating the opportunity to progress. The company has seen considerable growth in the last five years and is currently acquiring new contracts which is allowing for the expansion and progression in teams. As a Mobile Fabric Technician you will be working across Central London where the types of buildings are commercial within very high-profile environments. The work required is general building services carrying out any checks or repairs that are needed on site. Duties include, but not limited to; Planned & Reactive maintenance (PPM Schedules Emergency repairs) Building Fabric Maintenance; Fire alarm testing Carpentry associated repairs - door locks, hinges, handles, replacements Basic plumbing on pipe work, taps, sinks and toilets Tap temperature checks AC unit fan checks - cleaning filters, replacing if needed Any painting/decorating tasks needed to fix up/snag Fault finding PAT Testing Remedial works Qualifications/Experience required: Relevant experience of Building Fabric Maintenance Ensure regular communication with service coordinators, supervisors, contract managers and where necessary client representatives at all times.
