Overview
Introduction FPSG's client is a highly regarded Law Firm who have an exceptional opportunity for a Solicitor to join either their Falkirk or Stirling offices to primarily undertake a Private Client focused role with the opportunity to assist/support in other practice areas. With a long and proud history in the Stirlingshire region, our clients Private Client offering undertakes a varied spectrum of matters and are seen as true custodians by their clients. Role Responsibilities As a Private Client Solicitor, your responsibilities will include: Meeting with and advising clients on a range of issues. Providing advice to clients on Wills, Tax Planning, Executries, Trusts and Guardianships amongst other issues. Taking instructions and drafting letters/correspondence. Drafting legal documents. Being the first point of contact for clients and managing cases. Person Specification As a successful Private Client Solicitor or Senior Solicitor, you will have: Ideally 1/2 years PQE in Private Client law - Executries, wills, power of attorneys, guardianships and trusts OR ne Newly Qualified having undertaken a Private Client seat during your training contract with a real passion for this work. STEP qualification is desirable but not essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
