Overview
An organisation in West London is recruiting a Recruitment Advisor on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone to deliver a high quality and comprehensive recruitment service. Responsibilities Lead on recruitment initiatives to ensure the company is best placed to attract the best available talent Partner with internal hiring managers to understand their needs Liaise with external suppliers and manage relationships with service providers Plan recruitment activities, ensuring best practice and they are delivered to a high level and budget Identify and attract candidates through a range of recruitment tools and methods Oversee and manage the recruitment and screening process Liaise with and coach managers on best recruitment practice Monitor recruitment metrics Qualifications/experience required Excellent recruitment skills and a proven ability of using a wide range of talent attraction techniques Strong stakeholder management and a willingness to engage across the organization and buy into its core values High level of organisation skills and the ability to prioritize Great communication and literacy skills
