Overview
Helpline Advisors Tate are recruiting for a number of Call Handlers to support with the Covid-19 crisis on an on-going temporary basis which could potentially lead to a permanent opportunity. We have a large number of opportunities to work across two sites in Leeds city centre. To become a Health Advisor for our client, you will receive full training and get to join a vibrant team. You will be responsible for; Taking a high level of inbound calls using a script for guidance Asking questions regarding symptoms and providing relevant advice Communicating with and providing advice to patients, relatives and other representatives Delivering excellent customer service Logging all calls and communication whilst adhering to strict compliance regulations Escalate calls where appropriate to emergency or additional services Locations: Arlington Business Centre, Millshaw Park Lane, Leeds LS11 ONE -Next to the White Rose Shopping centre Claypit Lane , Leeds LS2 8AE - Across from the First Direct Arena Please note there is no car parking at either site, but there is a shuttle bus timetable which is still running to the Arlington site- No Sunday service though. Local bus services are running on Sundays. Hours and Pay; Working on a shift schedule you will work a total of 40 hours per week on a rota basis across two different shifts patterns either 8am-5pm or 11am - 8pm, five days on with two days off and will receive a salary of £9.30 per hour .
