Senior Reward Consultant - M&A - £75000 - £80000 -London Your new company A truly global and diverse matrix business are currently recruiting for a Senior Reward Consultant, with mergers and acquisitions experience, to join their HR M&A team. Your new role This global business grows through acquisition, and your role will be to carry out due diligence from a compensation and benefits perspective. You will look at the packages of employees pre and post merger, and the costs associated with integrating the two. You will work closely with the finance, and benefits team, looking at ROI and margins. The role will have an emphasis on benefits, but will also be looking at the compensation. What you'll need to succeed You will be a driven reward professional, with some M&A experience. You may have come from a client facing role, or Inhouse, looking for a change and a focus on M&A.
