My client, A leading name in their industry, are looking for Multilingual Call Handlers to join their team in Central Bath The languages my client is looking for are one or all of the following: Urdu Hindi Punjabi The successful applicant will be an integral part of the Administrative and Customer Service team, providing bespoke service to all clients. Role responsibilities include: Data Entry Client queries, both over the telephone and via email Receiving and distributing incoming mail Assisting other teams when required The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be able to work well within a small team, be proactive and have had experience in a customer service post or industry.
