ROLE Providing great customer service to new and existing patients. Controlling, managing and ordering medication. Working across a number of platforms including calls, emails, social media and live chat. Prioritise tasks and multitask when needed Ability to hit KPI's and targets Good computer and keyboard skills. THE PERSON At least one year's experience in a call centre environment.
