Overview

Customer Service Temporary Ongoing Immediate start Leeds LS1 We have several Customer Support / Service roles, with one of our key international clients, based in central Leeds. You will come from a customer focused background and you will be fully trained in systems, soft skills, compliance and more, by the client, before handling a call. Hours of work will run across two shifts patterns. 8AM - 5PM and 11AM - 8PM. This assignment will be ongoing for the foreseeable future, with an expected start date, targeted for 6th April. You will be working for a minimum of 12 weeks, with a strong potential for the assignment to be extended and to be made permanent.
