Overview

We are looking for experienced Recruitment professionals to partner with. SJC Partners is a boutique recruitment consultancy with the infrastructure and back office facilities of a large corporate organisation. We are a team of consultants with an average of approximately 10 years experience and a reputation for high levels of client service. Individually, we are specialists in our markets and pride ourselves on our reputation. SJC is in a financially robust position but we appreciate not all recruitment businesses will be. Consequently there will be highly experienced recruitment professionals who find themselves out of work due to restructures or business closure rather than their personal performance. In the event of unemployment, unfortunately the current market may force people to move away from their area of specialism but with SJC this does not need to happen. We are keen to speak to people with 5 years experience in their market (multiple markets considered) to work on a 50% commission basis with zero threshold. This is a commission only position on a remote working basis. You will operate under an established business with access to: Major job boards and advertising mediums IT support team Invoicing and credit control team CV formatting team Remote Desktop and email access This position will appeal to those who back themselves to win work despite market conditions and those who want to work autonomously whilst being supported by the infrastructure of an established and reputable business. This position facilitates you recruiting in your market from day one rather than spending time setting up a company, building a website and paying for the recruitment and support tools required.
