Accounts Payable Assistant - 24hr a week - 3 month contract £11 -£13ph Holiday - Basingstoke, Hampshire FryerMiles is delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant to work on a part time temporary basis for a growing company based in Basingstoke. The Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible for maintaining their own set of supplier accounts to meet requirements of the Finance department and the business as a whole. You will be responsible for processing high volume invoices on a timely basis, maintaining accurate ledger accounts and having a professional relationship with the business and their suppliers. The Accounts Payable Assistant will be coding and processing invoices and liaising with the relevant departments within the business to obtain authorisation. Our client offers a great working environment, in this fast-paced growing organisation. The ideal candidate would ideally have 2 year’s experience within a large organisation and be used to high volumes, multi-currency and weekly payment runs.
