Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing Fintech company based in central London who are looking for a German speaking who understands both the operational aspects of collections as well as identify and implement optimum strategies to deliver excellent credit risk management and efficient legal processes. Responsibilities: Lead all collections- related issues and manage all stages of debt collection and recovery processes Create and establish policies that help comply with current regulations Build and develop a high performing team: manage the hiring process, be responsible for ongoing training and qualitative reviews Work alongside both Operations Strategy and Tech & Analytics teams to improve efficiency capabilities and scalability Ability to use data analytics to measure risk, improve ROI and constantly look for insights to improve operations processes Key Requirements and Experience: 5-7 years' plus experience in collections- related team lead roles Deep knowledge of early, mid, late collections and recovery processes Deep understanding of the German legal space allowing you to manage legal escalations and enforcements Have proven experience in collection/debt recovery management and exposure to the German economy (ideally in small business, German credit cycles and German SME lending) Be a high performer, passionate about training and coaching others Be able to build effective relationships with important stakeholders across the business This is an exciting permanent opportunity beginning immediately.
