Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within an independently owned and well-established group for a Service Reception Manager . Based in West London , the successful candidate will be responsible for controlling and promoting the efficient operation of all the service administration staff and customer service support personnel. If you are Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor looking to take the next step up this will be ideal for you. You will find yourself working with a great bunch of people with support from management to excel and eventually progress in the future. Your role is integral to the team and for this dealership, you will be a valued member of this team, where you will feel a real sense of cohesion amongst your work colleagues as well as having the space for personal growth within the role. For more insight into this position… They need a strong leader to compliment the team, who will take control of the daily WIP, controlling the debt and workshop KPI's. In addition, ensuring any customer issues are handled sensitively and promptly. The Package They are looking to offer a basic salary between £28,000 - £35,000 (depending on your experience) with an OTE of £40,000 - £42,000 . The working hours will be Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm, Saturdays on a rota.
