Overview
Digby Morgan is proud to partner with one of the world's leading Business Media/Publishing Firms based in the City who are presently seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with the Senior Leadership Team through a period of notable transformational change. Partnered with the CEO, you will be responsible for designing the HR strategy and a new organisational structure to ensure a people plan dedicated to high performance and engagement. This is 300-person client group, dispersed geographically, which as primarily grown through a significant number of mergers and acquisitions. Requirements: 10 years as a generalist HR Business Partner commercially supporting stakeholders at the Senior Leadership level (CEO, COO, CFO, etc.) Experience working in a fast-paced and matrix environment Change management experience particularly leading culture transformations particularly post M&A Redundancy and TUPE experience Consulting on the design and/or the modification of organisational structures Ability to gain buy-in from stakeholders and implement new ways of working Experience supporting global stakeholders and client groups - especially reporting into the US This is an exciting time to join an organisation that is dedicated to the success of it's people and business through this HR transformation.
