Overview

Nonstop Consulting is working with an instantly recognisable Hotel group who require a talented Management Accountant/Finance Business Partner immediately to join their Group finance team in Central London on a Fixed Term Contract. Working closely with both finance and non-finance; you must have excellent stakeholder management skills. This will offer a recently qualified accountant or analyst the opportunity to really boost your career with exposure to working alongside various other departments and senior finance leaders. Main Responsibilities: Act as business partner to various central budget holders, including the various Financial Controller and Finance Directors Budgeting and forecasting, budget analysis Scenario modelling for M&A activity and due diligence processes Responsible for various central and hotel balance sheet accounts Assist with the wider reporting team on delivering the monthly close activity Ensure that monthly results are communicated effectively to senior leadership and the MD's in the business Managing and coaching an assistant management accountant Review and develop systems and processes, helping drive change and growth Providing guidance for the reporting team as required with variance analysis and other ad hoc work Requirements: Recently qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent. Experience with hotels or hospitality (desirable) Commercial prowess
