Customer Support Co-ordinator

A growing global organisation are looking for a forward thinking experienced Customer Service Co-ordinator Your new company A forward thinking and innovative organisation who are leaders in design and print are looking for a driven and passionate Customer Service Co-ordinator Your new role Reporting to the UK Customer Service Manager you will be expected to build and maintain relationships with key account clients ensuring the highest standard of Customer Service at all times. You will manage delivery and order schedules ensuring a seamless process for your customers taking responsibility and ownership. You will also prepare stock and demand forecasts regularly liasing with internal functions and stakeholders so strong communication skills are a must. This position also requires someone who is forward thinking and can evaluate internal systems and make recommendations for change and business improvement. Working with the Commercial Director and Customer Service Manager to oversee the implementation of project and troubleshoot issues will also be part of this position What you'll need to succeed This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has worked in Customer Service and Account Management and is a n outstanding communicator at all levels. You will have worked in process improvement and be able to be confident in looking at business change.
