Overview
A Office manager/Payroll Clerk in Bristol, for a salary of up to £25,000. Your new company I am currently working with a private accountancy practise based Bristol that provide accounting, tax, payroll, corporate finance and consulting services within public and private sector clients. The firm was established over 15 years ago and has continually delivered excellent service which has lead to their growth across Bristol and Cardiff. Your new role You will be an Office Manager for the Bristol office which is an office of 7 people, as well taking up some pay rolling duties for 50 clients that can range from weekly, month and CIS pay rolling. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience as an Office manager or in a similar role within a professional service organisation preferred Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills A strong team player who works collaboratively and is a skilled relationship manager Passion for providing excellent client service Flexible with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage conflicting priorities Strong attention to detail Ability to influence change and challenge existing procedures Experience of preparing weekly & monthly payrolls for up to 50 clients Experience of handling pensions and auto-enrolment matters and maintaining accurate payroll data Excellent understanding of legislative changes and statutory regulations Advanced MS Office skills (specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint) What you'll get in return You will receive a salary of up to £25,000 plus 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
