This South Cheshire firm have recently established a Manchester office and are looking to build a team who can contribute to the growth of the office. Your new firm A reputable independent firm of Chartered Accountants in South Cheshire have recently secured premises in Manchester City Centre and with this are looking to grow a team to service their Greater Manchester client base. This is a great opportunity for a finalist or recently qualified accountant to work closely with the Office Director and take ownership on a portfolio of clients. Your new role As an Audit & Accounts Senior you will work closely with a portfolio of clients predominantly consisting of OMBs and groups across a range of sectors and take a lead on delivering both audit and accounting assignments. Day to day responsibilities will include audit planning, overseeing junior's fieldwork, completing the audit, liaising with clients, attending meetings, finalising accounts and preparing corporation tax computations. This is a great opportunity to gain ownership over a portfolio and progress through to management in the medium term. What you'll need to succeed The firm are seeking an ACA / ACCA finalist or qualified individual who has gained experience leading audits and is looking to make the next step in their career. As this is a client facing opportunity you must be able to demonstrate strong client liaison and communication skills.
