Manufacturing, packing, production operatives – Crediton, Devon gap personnel (operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting for manufacturing / production / packing operatives, in Crediton, Devon. Our client is a Devon based company, manufacturing confectionery products. They are proud to be experts in their field, with over 200 years’ experience. We have a great opportunity for manufacturing, production and packing operatives to work within the making of the goods, including working on various production lines. The manufacturing / packing operative will: Have a good standard of numeracy and literacy Can follow instructions Be active and enthusiastic Good knowledge of manufacturing practices· Must be comfortable with manual handling up to 25 kg Benefits for the Manufacturing Operatives include: Competitive pay rate Ongoing contract Full training will be given to the manufacturing operatives; however, you’ll also need to understand the need to have excellent hygiene standards and ensure the companies high standards are maintained always. Monday – Friday rotating shifts 06.00-14.00 and 14.00 – 22.00 Pay Rate: £8.45 per hour to start and £9.71 per hour after full training This role is advertised as a temporary ongoing contract.
