Overview

Reporting to the SVP of HR, and being a HR Partner to 'C' Suite, you will be responsible for the HR reporting, analytics, dashboards and data across the International region, utilising MS Excel to a high level. You will also work on key HR projects You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the various in-country HR teams across the International region. Client Details Our client in Bracknell is a major international player in their specialist field. Description In this role of HR Reporting and Analytics Specialist in Bracknell, working with the HR SVP and senior stakeholders in each of the international countries, this position will be responsible for driving simplification and greater clarity with regard to International HR processes, identifying key international information requirements and developing tools, such as standard reports and easy to use information dashboards, which allow for a joined up International view of all international people for which International leaders have responsibility. The position will have the responsibility for the collection and collation of International HR metrics and the co-ordination of the International Recruitment process and any out of cycle salary changes. The position will also co-ordinate and finalise Lead the Way Awards and other International / HR awards. You will also administer and support the creation of databases for HQ employees. Profile For this role of HR Reporting and Analytics Specialist in Bracknell, I am therefore looking for candidates with a proficiency in HR reporting, analytics, dashboards, metrics and MS Excel-driven. Minimum Excel capability would be pivot tables and vlookups. In addition to this, the core of your earlier experience will be a strong HR Generalist profile, with knowledge and experience across the full employee lifecycle. Ideally you would also be able to demonstrate excellent experience across HR projects (an HRIS implementation would be great). You will be working in a complex matrix international structure, with lots of International 'C' Suite exposure, so similar exposure would certainly help. Your stakeholder management skills will be the very best; you will be able demonstrate creativity, possess great collaboration skills and will thrive when working at pace.
