Overview

HR Recruitment - Temporary Position I am currently recruiting for a dynamic and fast paced company who are seeking a HR Recruitment temp on a 8 week basis. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle on all active vacancies from creation to on-boarding whilst implementing improvements to the recruitment process and contribute to additional HR activities. Hours: 8.30am - 5pm Hourly Rate: £10 - £13 per hour Duties: - Taking the lead on all current vacancies as appropriate, ensuring that the process is managed effectively from briefing through to on-boarding. In particular; Ensuring that a conversation about future recruitment needs is started either in line with budgeted date, or as soon as a resignation is received, providing support and guidance to ensure that future needs are properly identified and designed in the most time-effective manner. Managing sourcing activities for all vacancies Partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to shortlist and interview candidates, offering expertise and support throughout to ensure that the best candidates are selected for each role Responsible for the administration of all new starters including production of all contractual paperwork and pre-start checks Skills & Experience: Demonstrable experience of in-house recruiting from workforce planning through to attraction, selection and on-boarding Good time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Confident communicator at all levels, both internally and externally Strong IT skills in a variety of Microsoft packages and HR/recruitment systems Good numerical and analytical skills Strong administrative and organisational skills Generalist HR experience and a relevant HR qualification desirable, with the ability to contribute to wider department’s workload Please apply for further details.
