Overview
Role: Workforce Planning Management - Lead Industry: Technology Location: London Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 My client are a global technology business who are looking for an experienced Workforce Management Specialist to join their growing team as a lead. Based in their London office, you will be part of a strong workforce management function and help lead on delivering their forecast, plan and solutions across the business. You will have exceptional stakeholder and relationship management experience, be naturally collaborative and influential, as well as deeply analytical. You must have previous experience in a Workforce Management role, ideally within a large matrix organisation and in a lead capacity. Duties will include: Design and implement workforce management forecasts and plans Implement multiple initiatives and projects across the business unit to focus on employee relation issues ie attrition and absence Build and influence leadership level on continuously changing and improving workforce management plans You will have experience working closely or within a Finance team and HR experience is highly advantageous. This role requires someone who wants to come in and truly make a different to a business going through extensive change.
