Overview
SOCIAL WORKER - BRENT COUNCIL - URGENT CARE Service Care Solutions are looking for a passionate and dedicated Urgent Care Social Worker to work as part of the Adults Social Care Team at Brent Council. The successful individual will have post qualifying experience in either Mental Health or Learning Disabilities. This is a temporary position.
