Would you be interested in a behaviour mentor role? Do you have experience with SEMH? Then look no further as this Behaviour Mentor role is for you The Post - Behaviour Mentor For this behaviour mentor role, you must have experience working with children in both primary and secondary phases, as well as have previous experience dealing with challenging behaviour. The school do not require behaviour mentors to have previous classroom experience, but it is preferred as you will be providing inclass support as well as mentoring on 1:1 basis. The School - SEMH school This SEMH school is found in the leafy borough of Bromley and currently caters for 98 students between the ages of 9-15 years that have social, emotional and mental health needs. All students that attend this SEMH school have an EHCP and the headteacher makes it their goal to provide all students with the confidence and skills for secondary school.
