Interim ER Specialist
Overview
Interim ER Advisor - London - Financial Services - 6 months - £50,000-£60,000 Your new company Prestigious Financial Services company with Head offices in Central London. Your new role Support on both an integration and BAU Case Management. Review of documentation (policies, contractual documentation) and implementation of revised changes. Provides advisory and employee relations case management support to HR and Line Managers. Manages the end to end process for allocated ER cases, including disciplinaries, performance, grievances in addition to absence management. Assists with managing staff exits from the business. Input and maintain record of cases within case management system. Assist with any other ER project work as required by Integration HR lead. What you'll need to succeed CIPD Qualified Experience of working on projects (for Integration specifically) Accustomed to quick deadlines and tight turnaround Experience in case management, including engagement with relevant stakeholders Experience of working with internal and external legal counsel.
