Overview
Major loss adjusting practice seeks to appoint a Regional Major Loss Director for the south of England in order to succession plan for the years ahead. The role will require you to manage a highly experienced, quality team of major loss adjusters handling mainly commercial losses, with some domestic and high net worth, in excess of £100,000. The region covers everywhere in the south outside London which is treated separately. The role will require you to spend 70% of your time handling losses and 30% involved in the strategic and operational management of the regional team. You will also be part of the national Management Board for major loss. Candidates must essentially be A/FCILA qualified and ideally from a background in major loss. However, our client is also prepared to consider a highly experienced Manager who has gained their experience within a different area of loss adjusting outside major loss. You can live anywhere from Cornwall to Kent as the role is home-based, but there will obviously be a need to travel as required throughout the region. As expected, the financial opportunity is exceptional and the basic salary is likely to exceed £100,000 with an exceptional bonus and benefits package.
