Overview
Azure Architect Meppershall - Centrally located for Bedford, Luton, Stevenage £75,000 You will want to be a Technical Architect for one of the Top 5 Azure gold partners in the UK, who are a top Go to market proposition and a cloud first, Microsoft first company. You will work with a technical and collaborative workforce who are a people first company, they have recently overhauled their visions and values to ensure that people are put first. You will be a great person who embodies wanting to achieve great things. Working in a modern, open planned office, you will have access to 3 labs and earlier access to technologies from Microsoft. Set in a rural environment with a large & private office space you will be able to work with household names designing and migrating their systems and application to Cloud based products. As Technical Architect you will be crafting and designing solutions for new cloud systems, leading and delivering as the technical go to person. Working with all departments as you scope and tailor solutions towards a client's needs and requirements for now and the future. Some of your key responsibilities will include; • Developing technical roadmaps for Azure cloud implementations • Able to clearly translate a client's needs in to a design and solution, working with other departments to ensure the provision of an end user solution. • Providing Cloud and Infrastructure designs, with experience of high level strategy and cloud adoption. • Knowledge of hardware platform and the virtualised equivalents, Hyper-V & VMWare. You will have the opportunity to lead and direct major businesses with future proofing their IT systems. As the Technical Architect you will be the go to person within the business and able to influence decisions and future technology. To be considered for this opportunity and Technical Architect you will need to have; • Experience across a multitude of systems and software, but also with Cloud based products • Hybrid Cloud experience • Networking fundamentals • Have relevant Microsoft certificates This role as Technical Architect will be both technically challenging, but also rewarding, as you enhance and shape the future of your own development, but also UK wide clients.
