Overview
Prospero are currently supporting a provider of adult social care with the recruitment of a care home manager for one of their services. The care home manager will be either an experienced manager who is comfortable in managing a large care service. The care home manager will need to have excellent knowledge around CQC compliance and maintaining good standards. The care home manager will have experience and a genuine interest in working with Elderly individuals with Dementia and have a good track record. A nursing registration is not necessary but a good knowledge around managing a nursing home is required. This is an excellent company to work for, with good feedback from staff with great opportunities for progression.
