The Opportunity: Reporting to the HR Manager, your main role will be dealing with internal recruitment for Clinical Professionals & RIG Healthcare. Main Duties will include (but not be limited to): Keeping track of all recruitment requirements for Clinical Professionals and RIG Healthcare Responsible for all internal recruitment, from resourcers to director level Ability to manage and develop the relationship between the business and the internal recruitment function to fully understand team dynamics and requirements Filling our internal vacancies with high quality experienced staff, conducting full screening notes and getting adequate information prior to coming in Building a pipeline of potential employees and pushing internal referrals for future roles Advising on recruitment sourcing techniques across the business Advertising roles, using various job boards, LinkedIn and new methods to attract talent Excellent planning skills with the ability to work to and meet deadlines and offer weekly/monthly reporting on hiring and outcomes. Brand ambassador with a pro-active social media talent to keep Clinical Professionals highlighted as an employer of choice Working with the relevant managers for the teams to create up to date job specs Keeping the HR manger up to date with recruitment needs for the company Booking interviews in with the relevant people’s diaries and sending screening sheet & CV ahead of interview Conduct 1st stage interview with HR and complete interview pack Collate feedback from interviewers on the interview and feedback to CEO/COO Travel required to our London & Bromley offices for relationship building What we are looking for: There is no strict defined background or experience that is essential, however we are keen to hear from individuals who possess some of the following attributes: • Previous recruitment experience from either an agency background or RPO/delivery role (would be advantage) • Worked in Life science industry and advantage but not essential as training will be given • Exceptional communication and attention to detail skills • Able to display confidence in rapport and relationship building in a business environment • Able to demonstrate drive, ambition and tenacity to get results • Ability to multitask under pressure, prioritise workload & working to tight deadlines Commission Structure • Resourcer (0-11 months) - £250 per placement paid successful probation completion • 1-2 years’ experience - £300 per placement paid successful probation completion • 2-4 years’ experience - £350 per placement paid successful probation completion • 4 years or a Managing Consultant £500 per placement paid successful probation completion Benefits: • Competitive base salary with excellent commission structure • Excellent/friendly working environment/culture • Gym membership • Free breakfast • Attractive pension • Private health for employee and dependents • Life assurance cover • Dental cover This opportunity genuinely offers a great career path within a fast-growing company, with a good base salary and generous benefits.
