Overview

The Company Nigel Wright are delighted to be working with a fast-growing contracting business based in Newcastle who are looking to hire an organised, reliable and hard working Project Coordinator to help support the business as it continues to grow and expand. The ideal candidate would have previously worked within retail, construction, property or facilities and have relevant experience in project management or coordination. The Role Onboarding new suppliers and acting as the main point of contact for general project queries Managing smartsheets, tender tracker, project tracker and project control sheets Monitoring overall project progress and producing weekly progress reports Proactively chase deliveries, organise post-project snagging and other ad hoc tasks Work with the wider team to meet strict deadlines and key project dates Person Specification Previous experience in a project coordinator or project administration role Ability to take ownership, manage multiple projects and prioritise your time effectively Experience working both independently and as part of a larger team Be a confident communicating and comfortable presenting to internal stakeholders Proficient in all Microsoft Office - particularly Excel
