Customer Support Administrator Full-time Up to 22k Permanent Monday – Friday REED Business Support are currently recruiting on behalf of an established organisation in the East Grinstead area for an experienced Customer Support Administrator to join them on a Permanent basis The ideal candidate will be proactive with excellent work ethic. You will also have previous experience in similar role and been keen to develop your ability in a new challenge. A background within a Service or Manufacturing organisation would be beneficial but not essential to the position What will you be doing? Responding to client and customer queries providing outstanding level of customer service Customer Order processing start to finish Provide quotations to customers where required Produce written information for customers as requested Provide administrative support to Sales Manager and Commercial Director where necessary Why Apply?
