Our client is a Community based housing organisation committed to providing high quality services to the people and neighbourhoods that they work in. The Housing Trust is a “not-for-profit” landlord, based in Didsbury, managing and improving approximately 6,000 homes in South Manchester. An exciting opportunity has arisen in their Sales & Commercial Property Team for a Lettings and Homeownership Assistant Working under the Commercial Brand, Gecko, the successful candidate will be forward thinking and innovative with the ambition to help grow the brand. The Lettings and Homeownership Assistant will be part of a team that covers the following key areas of business at the Housing Trust · Shared Ownership · Market Rent Property Management · Leasehold Management · Right to Buy and Right to Acquire · Insurance Management There will be an emphasis on developing their market rent portfolio and would welcome applications from people who have a background in lettings and property management. They are seeking to recruit someone who can adapt quickly to change and take on the challenges that come with working in a small but busy team. The right candidate will be able to self-manage, prioritise their workload and work under minimum supervision. In addition, the right candidate must be a team player who can meet the needs of the teams’ diverse customer base.
