Overview
Are you a qualified Nurse who wants to get experience in neuro-rehab? Yes Well you are the person we need You will ensure a high standard of evidence-based nursing care is consistently delivered to patients and to ensure that safe care is always provided. Within this role you will act as a role model and patient advocate, ensuring a positive patient experience for all. You will work alongside the Team Leader and Ward Manager to provide first rate care for patients. As an experienced care professional, you will be expected to perform a hands-on care role meaning lots of therapeutic and nursing interventions as well as interaction with patients, their families and their case managers. You will be critical in providing and supervising the delivery of high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with up to date, evidence-based professional practice and company policies. Working within an inter-disciplinary team (IDT), you will be responsible for supervising, training and developing care staff in providing the best quality of care to the people we support. So about you …. ideally, we want Knowledge of neurorehabilitation and liaising with external parities such as CQC and Social Services. Organised and ability to prioritise workloads with the ability to work to deadlines and with competing priorities. Positive attitude to self-development and supporting others in doing so. Good communication skills and the ability to work in collaboration with others effectively Responsible, reliable and flexible approach to work.
