Overview
A leading care provider is seeking a Registered Care Home Manager for a nurse led residential service in Leigh which provides care and support for adults with complex needs. This includes Neuro-disability, ABI/Stroke and enduring mental ill health. The company is a medium sized provider of mental health, learning disability and neurodisability care to adults and elderly in nursing home environments. The service is a purpose-built care home for 30 people. Three 10-bed units provide specialist nursing care and support to individuals with complex dementia, mental ill health, Huntington's disease and other neuro-disabilities. Salary is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum Key Skills and Competencies: RMN/RGN/RNLD, MUST have current PIN Strong care background & leadership skills Good understanding of Mental Health and other complex needs Excellent communication skills Commercially strong with good business development knowledge and experience Managing and controlling resources to meet demands and changing priorities, ensuring financial viability Knowledge : stay up to date with legislative changes that can affect the operation of the business / service - CQC compliance Making sure service users get the most out of the service Benefits: Salary up to £60,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience) 27 days' holiday plus bank holidays.
