Overview

Software Tester - 3 Month Contract(Outside of IR35) Leeds Competitive Day Rate My client are a leading public sector organisation based in the heart of Leeds city centre. They are currently looking to for a suitably experienced testing resource to help the team meet project driven deadlines. The individual will have: Awareness of the fundamentals of software testing and be ISTQB qualified to at least Foundation level Manual testing experience in the context of project delivery, and experience of test automation development Knowledge and experience of: Team Foundation Server 2015 or later / Jira Bug tracking for test/project management, and source control (preferably including GIT) Visual Studio 2017 or above for automated test development SeleniumWD with C# Gherkin & SpecFlow Testing cloud-hosted solutions e.g. Azure hosted sites Or experience of using similar relevant technologies for automated test development and source control Experience of testing BDD, including continuous integration, in an agile project development environment Experience of executing test cases, using both automated and manual testing methods Experience of ensuring that bugs/defects are accurately recorded and tracked. Experience of accurately recording test results, contributing data and information for test results reports.
