If so, this is the perfect opportunity for YOU My client is currently recruiting for a full time permanent Receptionist to join their busy team. You will be the first point of contact for a range of different clients entering the building. The main duties of the role include: • Meeting and greeting clients and customers • Answering the telephone • Ensure that answerphone messages are checked, listened to and message relayed to the appropriate person • Checking generic email address for company on a daily basis • Keeping the office diary up to date with all appointments and interviews • Making new files, stamping enveloped with address and name of firm, ensuring photocopiers are full of paper • Obtaining stationery order requests and liaising with companies for office supplies These are just a general description of tasks that you may be required to undertake and there may be other duties required of you.
