Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Kent Commutable from London, Kent and Essex Salary ranges from £33,000 to £37,000 Our client is a leading organisation within an FMCG environment. They are currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer to work a continental shift pattern. You will be joining a multi-national company with a number of sites around the U.K. The company are renowned for their product quality and the training / progression opportunities offer to their staff. Role & Responsibilities: Responsible for reactive and proactive maintenance work; including breakdowns and planned maintenance to the packaging machinery Attend breakdowns and keep machinery down-time to a minimum Drive and initiate continuous improvement across the factory to enhance quality, efficiency, performance, safety and waste reduction Responsible for completion of PPM tasks and daily checks in a timely manner Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Previous experience of working with high speed packing machinery Previous experience of working in a food manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of bearings, pneumatics, electrical control systems, process control, fault diagnosis and safety Reactive, Preventative, PPMs, maintenance, mechanical maintenance, multi-skilled maintenance, mechanical multi-skilled maintenance, electrical maintenance, automation engineer Benefits Package: Salary:- Ranging from £33,000 to £37,000 Working Hours:- 4 on 4 off days and nights Job Reference No: SE15860/534 Suitable candidates should apply immediately by calling our Managing Consultant for this vacancy - Jordan Manktelow on or by sending your CV directly to him at Hunter Selection is an employment consultancy and currently has permanent vacancies for Engineering and Manufacturing professionals throughout the South West & South East of England.
