Description The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: -ER casework -Onboarding and offboarding -Recruitment -Leading on a HR project involving salary benchmarking and reviews -Updating/creating policies -Managing the HR function Profile The successful candidate will have the following: -Ideally experience working in a stand alone HR role -Low to high level ER casework knowledge including performance management, disciplinaries and grievances -Experience leading on HR projects -Ideally experience with salary reviews and benchmarking -Able to use their initiative to drive the HR function forward -Brilliant attention to detail -Some recruitment experience Job Offer A brilliant opportunity to work for a brilliant charity on a part time, permanent basis.
