Lead Embedded Software Engineer An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global leading business in the development and manufacturing of connectivity solutions as a highly experienced Lead Embedded Software Engineer based in Cambridge. With thrilling growth plans, engineers based in Cambridge are working on a variety of exciting new solutions. As such, requirements have arisen for high-calibre software engineers to work on the design and implementation of mission critical applications. Responsibilities: - Full software lifecycle design of detailed implementation work - Architect and develop software for an advance range of connectivity solutions - Work closely with the Testers, Electronics Hardware Engineers and Project managers - Board bring up and low-level debugging - Further develop the Linux system Requirements: - Embedded C - Linux/RTOS development - Ability to write clear and concise code - Networking and communication protocols - Develop hardware - Video/Audio/Graphics experience - Excellent verbal and written communication Offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package including 25 holiday, stock options, private medical and life insurance etc. If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience for this role, please contact me at your earliest convenience.
