I am currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a graduate/Junior who has an interest in property and would like to join a leading Property Development company based in East London. This role would suit someone with an outgoing and confident personality. Lots of training will be provided in the role so this is a great opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career within the property industry. Key Responsibilities: Answering phone calls Dealing with all email correspondence and meeting clients Conduct viewings of properties Build rapport with clients to improve relationships Negotiate lettings and property sales Provide research and analysis for sales and acquisition projects Dealing with property enquiries The successful candidate will have: Excellent communication skills and be a natural people person Enjoy speaking to people as you will be liaising with clients on the phone the majority of the time Well organised with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks at once Highly skilled in Microsoft Office products Essential: To apply for this role you must be a car driver with access to a car at all times
