What does this look like? TDD/BDD/ DDD as standard not just 'when the time allows', pair programming is routine, coupled with a world-class coaching staff (Agile/Technical/Quality) to ensure that all engineers develop their skills and not just features As a Senior Software Developer, in this role, you will be exposed to: Front-end Javascript skills - using React, though any framework will suffice. Complex backend features in Node though experience in any backend OO language is fine. Experience working with Cloud tech - any vendor is fine, no need for previous Serverless experience Fellow software crafters who work to the highest industry standards Not too much to ask given what they are offering Senior Software Developers who join their team is it?
