General Practitioner - GP Surgery Southend-on-Sea ,Essex £100,000 Pro rata Additional Benefits Full / Part time Remit Compass Associates are excited to be working alongside a highly reputable Primary Care provider who are looking for General Practitioners to join their Practice based in Southend - on - Sea, Essex. This practice is focused on delivering a great experience to its patients which is supported by its 'Good' CQC rating. The Candidate The successful candidate will be an experienced General Practitioner and be registered with the GMC. You will also be on the NHS Performers list. Your experience will be within a Primary Care setting. You will be able to complete face to face consultations, telephone consultations and home visits. Having evidence of delivering a high level of care to your patients will be vital to support the business in achieving its objectives. You will support the practice in the achievement of QOF, so having experience of achieving this previously will be vital to your success. Having clear and effective communication will come naturally to you whilst you support your colleagues in the delivery of an outstanding patient experience. The Practice is open 7 days a week and there is an opportunity to work up to 10 session per week.
