Overview
Up to 45.000K (Senior Level) Service Delivery Manager (Infrastructure) Central London The role We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager, who would work from the head office and be responsible for the success of a team of Business Coaches and Trainers delivering across both the Network Engineer & Infrastructure Technician pathways responsible for the delivery of Apprenticeships and other Adult Skills Budget training and qualifications. Key duties Providing induction, initial training, and support to new members of the team Completing 1-2-1 meetings with individual members of the team. Using data to manage the timely completion and submission of assessments, reviews, qualification and framework completions. Supporting the quality assurance process. Deputising in the absence of the Director / CEO. Manage and motivate the delivery staff to meet company and individual key performance indicators. Ensure that evidence required to support financial claims to the agency has been submitted on a timely basis. Ensure that learner administration has competed in accordance with the policies and procedures set out in the current Process manual. Support Just IT /Skills Team to gain good levels of repeat business by delivering high quality, responsive service to learners and employers. Identify opportunities for progression to higher-level qualifications. Attend meetings with employers to identify needs, promote appropriate services and support the development of provision where required. Support with learner engagement and IAG. Plan and deliver apprenticeships in accordance with the policies and procedures set out in the Process manual. Use data effectively to monitor the timely completion and submission of starts, assessment, reviews, qualifications, frameworks, and withdrawals. Be aware of staffing in relation to contract delivery and budget requirements. Complete 1-2-1 meetings each month with individual members of the team. Provide induction, initial training, and ongoing support to new members of the team. Complete quality assurance activities, including interim and final verification and observations of staff performance as required. Ensure team members deliver according to the requirements of a trainer/assessor/placement office in accordance with the policies and procedures set out in the Process Manual. Achieve framework and qualification completions at least at the level of Just IT's targets for overall and timely success. Subscribe to the agency, awarding body and other relevant updates to keep up to date on any sector changes. Contribute to the development of the Self-Assessment Report. Deputise in the absence of the Operations Director. Check and process expense claims for individual members of the team in accordance with the Just IT Expenses Policy. Comply fully with Just IT's Equality and Diversity Policy and proactively promote equality and diversity within the workplace. Support learners to develop an understanding of their employment rights and responsibilities. Candidate Requirements Skills required NVQ Level 4 or equivalent. Working knowledge of funding streams to include ESFA and AEB. Skilled in customer liaison. Strong people management skills. Comfortable with Ofsted and the Common Inspection Framework.
