Scheduler Administrator Customer Order Coordinator - Motherwell - Leading construction supplier Are you looking to work for a market leading company that takes pride in its staff and products? Are you highly organised and able to plan and schedule workloads? Our leading Construction supplier, based in Motherwell are seeking a driven and motivated Customer Order Coordinator to support the sales team by scheduling and planning customer orders on a temporary to permanent basis working form the Motherwell office, you will provide Customer support with order processing, arranging deliveries and providing product information. Start ASAP hours between 7am and 6pm (8 hours per day - 40 hours per week) Excellent working environment Full training providing £Neg (£20k-£22k depending on experience) 3-6 months contract with potential for permanent / ongoing Duties Include: Logging and processing customer orders Provide customer support with product and service information Take orders accurately including associated administration when required Identify customer requirements and provide advice on best suited products and methods Liaise with customers, solve problems provide information, resolve complaints appropriately Build rapport and good working relationships with internal and external customers Liaise with logistics and planning to coordinate orders Investigate customer queries, report back with recommendations internally When needed keep customers informed with any changes in the status of their orders Continual monitoring of order progress to ensure fulfilment of customer requirements Ensure systems are updated with product details and order movements Experience Needed: Experienced in customer service delivery and admin Able to work under pressure when needed experience in working in a fast pace environment Customer focused approach and can do attitude Organised with ability to prioritise Experienced in using various IT systems and packages Professional, motivated and keen to progress Immediate to start or short notice For further details, please apply today or contact Rob Davies on Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
