Overview
My client, a global Logistics company based within the Richmond area, seeking an experienced Logistics Administrator. Daily duties will include: Monitor stock levels Obtain freight rates and liaise with the warehouse To complete all necessary shipping documents To input both sales orders and purchase orders into the system Ensuring all customers’ requirements are met within a timely manner Taking calls from customers and replying to emails Resolving any customers complaints Creating reports for customers Experience/ skills needed: Previous experience within a similar role Good knowledge of the freight forwarding industry Good knowledge of health and safety Outstanding customer service skills Outstanding admin skills PC literate Working hours: Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30 / 08:00-16:30
