Overview
Paralegal - Corporate/Commercial - Maidstone A well regarded law firm with a fantastic reputation across Kent are currently looking to recruit a Paralegal to sit within the expanding Corporate/Commercial department to provide comprehensive support to fee earners as well providing the highest possible quality of service to clients across Kent and the United Kingdom. Our clients Corporate team advise clients across the UK consisting of entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals, professionals and large organisations. Our client handles a broad range of transactions consisting of mergers & acquisitions, management buy outs as well as joint ventures and a variety of other business collaborations. As a Paralegal within the Corporate/Commercial department, you will be responsible for providing support on transactions in particular dealing with due diligence processes, collating documents, drafting schedules of documents and signature schedules. Within the Corporate department, you will be responsible for undertaking legal research, drafting legal documents, as well as dealing with all parties having contact with the firm either via the telephone or in person. To be considered for the role, this client is requiring a candidate who has experience of working either within Corporate/Commercial or Commercial Property environment, excellent communication skills as well as good analytical and problem solving skills.
